Following the successful Ward, Local Government and State congresses which climaxed at the All Progressives Congress APC National Convention on Friday in Abuja, a frontline aspirant and incumbent House of Representatives Member representing the people of Etsako federal constituency has commended the Governor of Edo state, His Excellency, Monday Okpebholo for hitch free exercise. He also comended Senator Adams Oshiomhole, former national chairman of the party for his leadership focus, tenacity and decorum in steering the affairs of the party.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Hon. Dekeri described the exercise as a “significant milestone that underscores the unity, strength, and democratic ideals of the APC. He noted that the peaceful and well-organized process reflects the maturity of the party’s internal structures and the shared commitment of its members to sustaining growth and stability”.
The federal lawmaker also congratulatulated Emperor Jarret Tenebe for his election as Edo state APC Chairman which was ratified at the National convention, thanking party leaders at all levels for their dedication, transparency, and resilience, which he noted served as catalyst for a credible and hitch-free exercise, describing him as “bridge builder, connecting both the lows and mighty for the progress of APC ahead 2027.
Hon. Dekeri “further called on members of the APC to remain united and focused on the collective goal of delivering good governance and sustainable development to the people”.
“He reiterated his commendation to the governor of Edo State for his leadership style, which has heralded massive development, ascribing the successful congress and convention as a laudable achievement for the party ahead of 2027 elections”.
