In a major political development ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries for the Etsako Federal Constituency, leading stakeholders and aspirants within the party have endorsed Anamero Dekeri as the consensus aspirant for the forthcoming House of Representatives election.
At the meeting, the governor specifically stated that “Hon. Anamero Dekeri should be allowed to complete his second term”.
The meeting aimed at fostering unity and strengthening the APC’s chances in the constituency ahead of the general elections.
Other contestants, Richard Lamai, Johnson Oghuma and Blessing Agbomere didn’t step down from the race as previously reported by this medium (Embassy66 News).
Consequently, every aspirants would now go to the field to test popularity.
The APC primary election comes up tomorrow Friday May 15th, 2027.
